Contest Rules:

  1. Enter by submitting your photo to photo@dev.saratogaplan.org.s124525.gridserver.com and specifying the name of your pet and the location where the photo was taken.
  2. The photo contest runs from 6/01/17 9am (EDT) through 06/30/17 5pm.
  3. Winner will be chosen by Saratoga PLAN staff. Winner will be announced Wednesday, July 5, 2017.
  4. Employees and Board Members of Saratoga PLAN, Inc. are ineligible to participate.
  5. Winner will be notified via the email contained in the submittal after 7/1/17 and must confirm their receipt of notification. If winner does not confirm, winner is assumed after one month to have forfeited prize.
  6. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash or other consideration.
  7. You may only submit one photo to be considered in the contest. You may share other photos with Saratoga PLAN on social media using contest hashtags (#).
  8. By submitting a photo for this contest, you thereby give Saratoga PLAN permission to use your photo in press releases and on its website and in social media. Please specify when you submit your photo whether or not you would like to receive photo credit, if and when your photos are shared by Saratoga PLAN.
  9. Saratoga PLAN reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the operation or conduct of this contest, including, without limitation, the entry process or the operation of the website or otherwise violating these rules.
  10. Saratoga PLAN is not responsible for any problems with your entry, including technical failures related to computer, telephone, cable, and unavailable network or server connections, or other failures related to hardware, software or virus, or incomplete, late or misdirected entries.
  11. By entering the promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions.
