Starting out as a dishwasher, she has worked her way up through many kitchen positions to her current role as the award-winning Executive Pastry Chef at Prime. In school, Vivian received several scholarships and awards, for being an outstanding and passionate culinary student at Adirondack Community College, including the Cardinal Award and Parnassus Culinary Award. Outside of the kitchen, she also puts a lot of energy into giving back to the community, and spends free time volunteering and sharing her knowledge.
