Chef Heidi Hoyt, together with her husband Michael have managed to run the successful catering business, Black Diamond Caterers, for more than a decade, and have now expanded their talents into the restaurant business. Opening the market-style Parkside Eatery in 2013, Chef Heidi has combined her professionalism as a caterer with heritage food dishes and a community atmosphere to create an environment where everyone can come and enjoy her flavorful food.
