Masen has been a Conservation Assistant with Saratoga PLAN since June 2024. In this role, he focuses on assisting landowners pursuing conservation, monitoring PLAN’s conserved lands portfolio, and performing geospatial analysis to support PLAN’s land protection goals.
Masen graduated from the University at Albany with an undergraduate degree in Geography and Linguistics. He previously worked as a field technician for Shared Mobility, administering the CDPHP Cycle Program, and served as a Petty Officer Second Class aboard the USS America.
In his free time, Masen composes electronic music, experiments in A/V art, and is an avid road cyclist.
Fun fact: Masen has lives in Sasebo, Japan!
