Jennifer Hansen Koval grew up in Saratoga County and has an MS in Sustainable Systems. She is the office manager at the family’s dairy farm and works part-time at Cornell Cooperative Extension of Saratoga County as an Agricultural Educator. Her work includes the publication of several county farm guides, farm tour organizing, and as a Whole Farm/Ranch Trainer with Holistic Management International. Jen has served on the town of Saratoga Planning Board and currently serves on the Saratoga County Soil and Water Conservation Board. She resides in Stillwater with her husband Chris and 3 children.
