A Farm-to-Fork Dinner and Silent Auction Benefitting Saratoga PLAN
Saratoga PLAN invites you to enjoy a pleasant evening showcasing the southern Palmertown Range, hosted by Executive Director, Rob Davies. Guests will be treated to a farm-to-fork dinner prepared by Chef David Britton, featuring seasonal ingredients sourced from local growers, as the sun sets over the southern foothills of the Adirondack Mountains. Guests will also have the opportunity to participate in a silent auction featuring items, experiences and services with the outdoor enthusiast in mind. Proceeds from the event benefit Saratoga PLAN’s ongoing land conservation and stewardship efforts across Saratoga County.
Please join us in celebrating this year’s Conservation Heroes, individuals who have donated land to Saratoga PLAN in 2022, ensuring the land is preserved in perpetuity, and Conservation Champions, individuals recognized for their dedication and extraordinary contributions to conservation during their lifetimes.
