The cattle herds at Mack Brook Farm are raised humanely and are fed grass and hay from Mack Brook’s pastures and fields. No antibiotics, hormones or GMO feed are used. This pasture-based farming is environmentally sustainable, reducing fossil fuel and chemical use, soil erosion and enhancing soil composition. The meat produced also has added health benefits including lower fat and calorie count, reduced risk of E. coli contamination, more omega 3’s and more Vitamin E.  Since the animals are born and raised on the farm, they have 100% traceability. Mack Brook Farm is also Animal Welfare Approved and American Grassfed Certified.  We are delighted they will be supplying this year’s Feast of the Fields with their quality products.
