Lorraine Skibo

Lorraine Skibo, M.D is a retired physician, having practiced in major cities and the arctic, in both academic and private settings. A lifelong outdoor enthusiast, she hikes year round in Saratoga County and the Adirondacks, is a Nordic skier and competitive masters rower. Lorraine volunteered for PLAN for over 10 years at events, on trails, and in kayaks before joining the Board in 2017. Lorraine recognizes the crucial importance of conservation and stewardship of local land including farms, recreational trails, forests, and wilderness in the Saratoga area, to ensure sustainable long term benefits for the health of people, flora, fauna, and watersheds.
