Chef Heidi and her husband Michael have been running a very successful catering business, Black Diamond Caterers, for over a decade. In 2013, they used their combined skills and experience to open a casual, counter-style restaurant, Parkside Eatery, right across from Congress Park in Saratoga. The restaurant has received great support from the community not only for the delicious food, but for it’s laid back atmosphere, local sourcing, and friendly environment. Chef Heidi makes food well-worth experiencing at Feast of the Fields.
