The farm focuses on growing safe, healthy vegetables and preparing high quality food for their customers. The farm is dedicated to making it easy for local citizens to eat nutritious food, and they take this into their own hands by delivering home-grown meals and catering around the area.
At this year’s Feast of the Fields, Gordon Sacks is preparing healthy and delicious meals that are true to his dedication of only using fresh ingredients. He will be creating a Vietnamese Bahn Mi Salad loaded with vegetable and spices, as well as a wood fired pizza with seasonal vegetable toppings.
