Chef Gulbrandsen is a longtime supporter who has been a part of feast for five years now. He has been the Big Brother and Big Sisters head-to-head chef battle champion now three years in a row, he has won the Northeast Kidney Chili competition with first place in people’s choice and most creative categories in 2017, and the Culinary Cornucopia Award in 2008, 2009, and 2013, just to highlight a few of his many accomplishments. He graduated Presidents List from the Schenectady County Community College Associates in Culinary Arts program and now holds the position of Executive Chef at the Courtyard by Marriott in Saratoga. Over his many years of participating in Feast Chef Gulbrandsen has prepared tasting stations that have delighted taste buds, and his appetizer spreads have wowed the eyes and stomach. His support of all that PLAN does and his contribution to Feast of the Fields has not gone unnoticed, and we appreciate all the hard work and time Chef Gulbrandsen has given to our organization. We are looking forward to seeing what he can cook up this year!
This year, Chef Gulbrandsen will be preparing an assorted crudité and cheese display for our Feast guests.
